We are a recently renovated, multi-generational RV and Mobile Home Park located in Quartzsite, AZ just one block away from Central Blvd/ US95.

Our location is just off the main road and centrally located to all of Quartzsite's attractions. Quartzsite Town Park, Post Office, Bank, Restaurants, and Grocery Stores are all within walking distance, making us the perfect place to live year-round, or a great home base for seasonal desert adventurers.

Our owner and manager both live onsite. This will help to ensure our community continues to be a comfortable and peaceful place to call home for short term, seasonal, and year-round guests.
Our park features common areas for residents to gather, and a paved road to help keep the dust down. Each generously sized space is marked by it's own beautiful palm tree

Each of our available spaces are serviced by 30 & 50 amp electric, with 200 amps available in the main meter for larger permanent homes. Water and sewer service is provided from Town Of Quartzsite.
